I AM BRAND NEW TO YOGA. WHERE DO I START?
If you are new to yoga, we ask that you attend classes that are slower in pace such as Blissful Basics, Gentle, or Restorative Yoga. After becoming familiar with the poses, we encourage you to explore other classes. Classes are always changing and we will add classes if we know there is an interest and remove classes that may not be well attended. If you have a class suggestion or a suggestion for a class day or time, please email us to let us know! We are always looking for ways to make our yoga community thrive. This is how we grow and this is how you grow!
WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?
There is something for everyone! We offer a variety of classes, whether you are looking for a fun & energizing flow or a soothing gentle, restorative or yin practice. Because we are all unique, students are inspired and encouraged to practice at their own pace.
WHICH PRACKAGE IS RECOMMNEDED?
Monthly memberships allow us to create better relationships with our clients and allows us to create more trust within our community. Our intention is to continue to grow our supportive and loving community. Because self-care is important, we offer packages to support your long-term health and wellness needs. To achieve your health and wellness goals, attending 2 to 3 classes per week is encouraged. We recommend starting with our 30-day intro offer and trying as many classes and teachers as possible.
I AM NOT FLEXIBLE. CAN I STILL DO YOGA?
Absolutely! As yoga teachers, we hear this question quite often. We offer a variety of classes which are designed with you in mind. Consider starting with our Beginners Yoga Series, Gentle Yoga or Blissful Yoga classes. All of our knowledgeable teachers will help you find the pose that’s right for your body. With consistent practice, your flexibility will improve tremendously!
I AM NOT ATHLETIC. CAN I STILL DO YOUGA?
Yes! There I something for everyone at our studio. While in some classes you will build strength, other classes are slower in pace and offer a way to unwind from a stressful day. Yoga is more than a physical practice. We believe that yoga nourishes us mind, body and spirit. All are welcome here!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please wear comfortable clothing. We ask that you bring water, a small towel, and your yoga mat and two blocks. We have discontinued the use of community / shared props until further notice.
