It is our intention to provide a space that is warm and nurturing.  We offer sustainable, accessible & diverse classes for all levels of experience in a non-competitive, inclusive, and supportive space.   Everyone is inspired and encouraged to practice at their own pace.   Whether you need a relaxing restorative yoga practice to relieve stress or you need an energizing vinyasa flow to create strength & vitality, we want you to leave our studio moving better, breathing better, and feeling well-nourished.

Make peace a priority and DE-STRESS!   We help our students create healthy and balanced lifestyles by offering a variety of yoga classes.   We specialize in yoga classes for stress reduction and classes that are slow and mindful to promote long-term wellness and healing for all levels of experience.  Our slow-paced yoga classes make it easy to commit to taking care of YOU. 

 

We believe in the power of a consistent yoga practice.   Because self-care is important, we offer packages to support your health and wellness needs.  To achieve your health and wellness goals, attending 2 to 3 classes per week is encouraged.  Your first 21 days is just  $59!

OUR STUDIO

At Bella Yoga, our intention is to share the practices of body awareness, mindfulness, and relaxation with students of all backgrounds and experience levels. We offer yoga that is rooted in tradition yet responsive to the unique needs of your modern life and your individual body. Our hope is that you leave each class moving with more ease, breathing more freely, and feeling deeply nourished—body, mind, and spirit​

Our beautiful yoga studio is nestled in a peaceful and quiet community inside Plantation Crossing near Harvest Green and Pecan Grove at 825 Plantation Drive, Ste 170, Richmond, TX.  Our yoga studio is conveniently located west of 99 and an easy drive from neighboring communities such as Waterside, Fieldstone, Aliana, and Long Meadow Farms.  Serving Richmond and the surrounding areas.

Settle into deep rest and relaxation!

Autumn invites us to slow down, turn inward, and embrace change. Just as the trees release their leaves, we too are called to reflect on our habits, behaviors, and intentions—choosing what to carry forward and what we are ready to let fall away.

​

At the same time, the energy of the season is dominated by air, or Vata in Ayurveda. This quality can leave us feeling scattered, unsettled, or anxious. This practice is designed to balance that energy, supporting your nervous system and helping you return to a place of steadiness and calm.

 

Together, we will cultivate stability, warmth, and compassion through deeply restful restorative postures and the profound practice of Yoga Nidra. You’ll be guided into stillness, where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the heart can feel held and supported.
