Together we will explore simple movements, mindful breathing, and the basics of a yoga practice—all in a welcoming, supportive space. This is a chance to ease into yoga at your own pace, with support and encouragement every step of the way.
Whether you are hoping to release tension in your body, calm your busy mind, or simply try something new, we invite you to take this first gentle step.
Our intention is for you to leave feeling more confident, comfortable, and ready to join our regular classes with ease.
