Our Beginners Yoga 4-Week Series begins Wednesday, January 11, 2023 6:00 - 7:00 PM
This 4-Week Series is designed for the beginner seeking a strong foundation of the basic asanas (poses). The intention of this class is to give beginners an understanding of the breath, focus on alignment in each pose, including appropriate modifications to meet you where you are. Students will be empowered to attend classes with confidence and have the knowledge to safely modify your practice according to your own unique needs.
It is recommended that students be able to get up and down from the floor with ease.
