Connect to the deeper medicine of stillness. Through stillness and supported postures, this slow, quiet, and meditative practice is designed to ease stress, calm your nervous system and nourish your mind, body and heart.

This practice is beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety, promoting the health the organs as well as assisting with digestion, circulation, fertility, strengthening the immune system, promoting sleep, as well as many other health conditions.

This class is a blend of yin and restorative postures which will leave feeling calm and well-nourished.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to gather your yoga props.  Late entry is not permitted for this class.
