We specialize in yoga classes for stress reduction and classes that are slow and mindful to promote long-term wellness and healing for all levels of experience. Our slow-paced yoga classes make it easy to commit to taking care of YOU.
We believe in the power of a consistent yoga practice. Because self-care is important, we offer packages to support your health and wellness needs. To achieve your health and wellness goals, attending 2 to 3 classes per week is encouraged. Your first 21 days is just $59!

Our beautiful yoga studio is nestled in a peaceful and quiet community inside Plantation Crossing near Harvest Green and Pecan Grove at 825 Plantation Drive, Ste 170, Richmond, TX. Our yoga studio is conveniently located west of 99 and an easy drive from neighboring communities such as Waterside, Fieldstone, Aliana, and Long Meadow Farms. Serving Richmond and the surrounding areas.

Restore + Sound: Soften into Spring

A Spring Equinox Reset. ​
​
As the light returns and the days grow a little longer, spring invites us to begin again.
Join us for a deeply nourishing afternoon designed to help you release the heaviness of winter and gently reset your body, mind, and heart. This special Spring Equinox practice will begin with supported restorative postures, allowing your nervous system to soften and settle. With the support of bolsters, blankets, and stillness, you’ll be guided into shapes that encourage ease and softness.
You will then be guided into an extended restorative Savasana. As the body rests, sound will gently wash over you—crystal bowls and calming tones layered thoughtfully to quiet mental chatter and invite inner spaciousness. Sound has a beautiful way of reaching places words cannot, helping to clear stagnant energy and restore a sense of balance.
The Spring Equinox marks a sacred turning point—a time of equal light and dark, reminding us that balance is always available. This practice honors that ancient rhythm, offering space to reflect, reset, and plant seeds for the season ahead.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
All levels are welcome in this nourishing class. No experience with restorative yoga or sound healing is necessary. Come as you are.
